We are pleased to report that Joseph Ash Galvanizing has acquired the Sales and Logistics operation of a galvanizing plant in Tividale which will, from today, operate out of the Joseph Ash galvanizing site at Brineton Street, Walsall. The company who has sold part of their collection and delivery service – Arkinstall – will only produce galvanizing from their Digbeth plant.
As Joseph Ash Galvanizing continues to grow, organically and through acquisitions, it is pleased to be able to offer additional sales and transport operations which will benefit existing Arkinstall Tividale customers, as well as Joseph Ash customers in the region.
Brian Finch, Sales Director at Joseph Ash Galvanizing said: “The acquisition went through smoothly and we are thrilled to be adding further operations to Joseph Ash’s services. In order to provide further confidence and continuity of service to existing Tividale customers who have used Arkinstall’s collection and delivery service in the past, we can confirm that the current Arkinstall vehicle fleet and drivers are transferring to Joseph Ash Walsall. Additionally, we are delighted that amongst others, the main service contacts Paul Hudson, Dawn Popple and Buta Uppal will also be transferring from Arkinstall to join the existing customer service team at Walsall. This will ensure a seamless transition and support existing relationships.”
